Shock Slotted Base Washer

Description

The SP shock slotted base washer is designed to help the compression shim stack close quicker helping the zero point on your shock.  Shims have to change directions, and, in some builds, the shims stick to the base washer. The shock will not recover quick enough changing its clamping ability. The slots in the shock slotted base washer allow the oil to push the shims closed quickly thus improving the efficiency of the shocks function.  This washer works with several different shock brands.  Penske, Afco, Pro & Howe are some of the shocks they work with.  The washer has a 1/2″ hole in the center and has an OD of 1.300″.  It is .125″ thick and has 4 slots in it for fluid flow.  The washers are tumbled so all the rough edges are removed.
