Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
We have a 30 day return policy and cannot offer a full refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed since your delivery arrived. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all of the following must apply:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Your item must be in its original packaging
- You must have your receipt or proof of purchase for the item
- The item was not a sale item
We will provide partial refunds, at our discretion, in some cases. Examples could include: items not in original condition, items damaged or missing parts (not due to our error), or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
You are responsible for any return shipping costs. We are not responsible for items that get lost or damaged during shipping but recommend that you use a trackable shipping method. Returns should always be sent back to Strasburg Performance LLC (and not to the manufacturer). For any other questions or to initiate a return, please contact us.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.
If your refund has been approved, then we will process it using your original payment method. Refunds can sometimes take up to a week to post, depending on your bank or credit card company. If you still have not received your refund after a week, check with your bank. If your bank does not have a record of this return, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. We will not exchange one item for a different item. Please contact us to request an exchange.
