SP offers full shock service on several brands including : Advanced Racing Suspensions, AFCO, Bilstein, Howe, JRi, Penske, PRO, and QA1.  We can service, repair, and valve your shocks based on the rules of your racing class. We service shocks for late models, limited late models, super late models, late model stocks, modifieds, asphalt sportsman, road racing, dirt modifieds, dirt sportsman, dirt late models, drag racing, and more.  

Inspection and Diagnosis
A thorough visual inspection is performed to check for any signs of wear, leakage, or damage. We assess seals, bushings, and piston rods to identify any potential problems that could affect performance.
Disassembly and Cleaning
The shock is carefully disassembled to clean all internal parts. Over time, accumulation of dirt, debris, and old oil reduces the shock’s efficiency. 
Oil Replacement
Shocks rely on high-quality oil to dissipate heat and provide consistent damping. Regular oil changes are essential to maintain optimal shock performance and prevent degradation of internal components.
Re-Valving
Over time, damping will weaken and need replacing or, settings may need adjustment to match changes to the vehicle or racing conditions. Re-valving helps ensure the right balance between compression and rebound for peak performance.
Seal and O-ring Replacement
Seals and O-rings all eventually wear out due to constant pressure and heat. Replacing these prevents future oil leaks and avoids reductions in performance.
Reassembly and Testing
Finally, after all of the steps above, the shock is reassembled and tested. We test on a shock dyno to ensure proper setup and provide that same dyno sheet with each service.
