Penske Coil Over Hardware components are made of the highest quality materials and held to the highest standards.  Penske offers a couple of different options for the coil over nut and spring perch retainer.  The Penske coil over kit hardware can come with a slider sleeve to protect the threads when jacking up the car.  This sleeve also will help keep the spring in its proper alignment ensuring that it is in place at all times.  The slider would use the flat nut and lock nut to provide a flat surface for the slider sleeve to rest on.  The locking nut uses an o-ring to add tension to the locking action so you can easily loosen it with your hands.
